Affordable HR and payroll software in Dubai

Employee files, leave, attendance and payroll in one place — from the first hire, not from the fiftieth.

Talk to us about HR and payroll  Answer eleven questions

A company with four employees does not need an enterprise HR suite, and it does not need a shoebox of PDFs either. iSAP.HR sits on the same platform as your accounting, so a salary run lands in the books without anybody retyping it.

We set it up during formation, because the documents you need for an employee — contract, passport copy, visa, Emirates ID, medical insurance — are the same documents you are already collecting for the immigration file. Filing them once, in one place, with expiry dates that warn you before they lapse, saves the scramble that most young companies go through in month fourteen.

Leave balances, attendance, end-of-service accrual and salary components are configured for the market you hire in. If you later open in Germany or the United Kingdom, each entity keeps its own rules instead of forcing one country's assumptions on the others.

What it covers

01

Employee records

One file per person: contract, documents, dependants, expiry reminders.

02

Leave and attendance

Balances, approvals and a calendar that your managers can actually read.

03

Payroll runs

Salary components, allowances and deductions, posted straight into the accounts.

04

End of service

Accrual tracked as it builds, so the liability is never a surprise.

05

Self service

Employees request leave and see their own documents instead of emailing you.

06

Multi entity

UAE, German and British entities side by side, each with its own rules.

What it means for a young UAE company

Residency visas, labour cards and medical insurance all carry expiry dates, and a lapsed document is a fine, not a reminder. The system watches those dates for you; that is the single most useful thing HR software does for a company of this size.

Salary payments in the UAE run through the Wage Protection System. iSAP.HR is not yet certified for WPS SIF export — we say that plainly rather than letting you find out at the first payroll run. Today the payroll run produces the figures and the bank instruction is handled alongside it; we will tell you when that changes.

Your accountant and your HR records look at the same company, so the wage cost in the profit and loss account is the wage cost in the payroll — no reconciliation month.

iSAP.HR runs at hr.isap.one and shares one login with your ERP.

Questions we get asked

How many employees does this make sense for?

From one. The value at four employees is document expiry and clean payroll, not org charts.

Does it file WPS for me?

Not today. The WPS SIF export is not built yet, and we will not claim otherwise. The payroll figures are produced in the system and the bank file is handled beside it.

Can employees see their own records?

Yes, through self service, with the visibility you decide.

What happens when we hire outside the UAE?

A second entity is added with that country's rules. Nothing about the UAE setup has to be bent to fit.
