Most founders in Dubai start with a spreadsheet, add an invoicing tool, then a separate stock list, and discover eighteen months later that none of it agrees with the accounts their auditor needs. iSAP.ONE is the system we set up while your licence is still being processed, so the first invoice you ever issue is already in your books.
It is the same platform the iSAP group runs its own companies on — accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, projects and CRM in one database, rather than five tools stitched together. Because we operate it ourselves, we know what breaks and what a company of three people actually needs on day one.
You get a single ledger per company and per market. If you incorporate in the UAE and later add a German or British entity, each one keeps its own chart of accounts and currency while you still see the group in one place. German entities are set up on the SKR04 chart of accounts, UAE entities in AED, British entities in GBP.
What we set up for you
Accounting from the first invoice
Chart of accounts, tax codes and your opening balance, ready before trading starts.
Invoicing and quotations
Branded documents, sequential numbering and the fields UAE VAT requires.
Inventory and purchasing
Suppliers, purchase orders, stock movements and batch tracking if you sell physical goods.
CRM and pipeline
A CRM that shares one customer record with accounting — no second address book.
Roles and permissions
Who may see costs, who may only invoice, who approves payment — defined before you hire.
82 languages
The interface ships in 82 languages, so a mixed Dubai team works in the language it thinks in.
Why this matters in the UAE specifically
UAE VAT is 5% and returns are filed quarterly for most new companies. A tax invoice has mandatory fields, and getting them wrong is a correction exercise later. The system is configured for that from the start rather than patched afterwards.
Corporate tax has applied since 2023 at 9% on taxable profit above AED 375,000. Whether or not you expect to cross that line in year one, you need books that can demonstrate where you stand. That is a bookkeeping question, and it is far cheaper to answer it with clean records than to reconstruct them.
Support is in the Gulf time zone (UTC+4), so questions asked in the morning are answered during your working day, not overnight.
iSAP.ONE runs at portal.isap.one. StartHub sets up your company on it as part of formation; you can also take it on its own.
Questions we get asked
Do I need the ERP before my licence is issued?
No, but it is the cheapest moment to do it. Setting up a chart of accounts on an empty company takes hours. Doing it after a year of trading means migrating real data.
Can it handle more than one company?
Yes. Each legal entity keeps its own books and currency, and you can see all of them side by side.
What if I only need invoicing right now?
Then we switch on invoicing and accounting and leave inventory, projects and CRM off. Nothing forces you to use the whole system on day one.
Is my data in the UAE?
Hosting location is part of the setup conversation. Tell us your requirement and we will confirm in writing before anything is migrated.
Get your books right before the first invoice
Tell us which market you are incorporating in and what you sell. We will come back with the setup your company actually needs — not a feature list.
