The questions we would ask you anyway

Eleven questions, about five minutes. You get a written summary and a preliminary read on mainland versus free zone — before anyone quotes you a price.

These are the same questions we work through in a first meeting. Answering them in advance means the first thing you hear from us is a recommendation with reasoning, not a request for more information.

01What will the business actually do?

In your own words. This is what activity codes are chosen from, and they decide what you may invoice for.

02Who are you?

Only the name and email are needed to send the summary. Nothing leaves your browser until you press send.

03Who will your customers be?

This one question eliminates more options than any other.

04Which market are you setting up in?

You can pick more than one later; start with the first.

05How many people will hold a visa through the company within two years?

This sets a floor on the space you take, and therefore on the jurisdiction.

06What premises do you need?

Some activities simply require real space.

07Does a specialist authority oversee your activity?

If yes, the regulator largely decides the jurisdiction for you.

08Who will hold the shares?

Trivial to arrange now, awkward to change later.

09Do you need a corporate bank account?

It is the longest and least predictable step, so we start it early.

10When do you want to be trading?
11What else will the company need?

Tick anything you already know you want. These come from within the iSAP group, so they can be set up while the licence is processed.

Please give at least your name and email, so we can reply.
