Affordable rental marketplace platform in Dubai

If the company you are forming rents things out — vehicles, stays, equipment or event space — the platform can be live when the licence is.

Talk to us about a rental business  Answer eleven questions

Renting is a business model with three hard parts: showing what is available, taking a deposit you can actually return, and paying out whoever owns the item. iSAP.Rental handles all three, and it is connected to the payment rails and the accounting of the company we form for you.

Deposits and bookings use the wallet's hold mechanism, so money is reserved and captured rather than taken and argued about. Splits between the platform and the owner of the item are live, which is what turns a listing site into a marketplace.

Commission is 15% by default and can be overridden per vendor. That matters when you onboard your first ten partners: the early ones almost always negotiate, and a platform that cannot express that per vendor forces you to keep the exception in a spreadsheet.

What the platform does

01

Listings and availability

What is free, when, and at what price — across categories.

02

Bookings

Reservation, confirmation and the calendar behind it.

03

Deposits via wallet holds

Reserve rather than charge, capture once when you need to.

04

Vendor payouts and splits

Live, so the owner of the item is paid from the booking.

05

Commission per vendor

15% default, overridden individually when you negotiate.

06

One customer account

The renter's account is the same iSAP account across group products.

Starting a rental business in the UAE

The rental activity you may carry out is written into your trade licence. Short-term stays, vehicles and equipment are not the same activity and not always the same licence, so this belongs in the formation conversation, not after it.

Deposits are where rental businesses get into disputes. Using a hold that expires rather than a charge you must refund changes the conversation with the customer, and it changes your cash position too.

The platform covers several categories rather than one, so a business that starts with vehicles and adds equipment later does not need a second system.

The platform is iSAP.Rental, a group product. StartHub forms the company and connects the platform, payments and accounting.

Questions we get asked

Do I need my own developers?

No. The platform exists; what you bring is the business and the vendors.

Can I change the commission for a specific partner?

Yes. 15% is the default, and per-vendor overrides are part of the design.

How are deposits handled?

Through wallet holds — reserved and captured once, rather than charged and refunded.

Which categories does it support?

Several, including vehicles, stays and events, rather than a single vertical.
